Nilsagor Group, A joint venture company is to be established under the laws of Bangladesh (“Company” or “SPV”) in order to build own and operate the Plant.
Estimated capacity between 30MWp and 38MWp (up to 30MW AC) grid tied solar PV power plant to be built near Hatibandha village, Bangladesh, to be developed and operated by the SPV. Depending on the technical studies to be conducted, it is acknowledged that the plant capacity may vary. 120 acres of non-agricultural land, near Hatibandha village has been selected as appropriate for the Plant development by the Local Partner.
